Their focus on quality audiovisual solutions has brought Asnet Technologies out on top, by recently winning the 2016 AMX Best Project Award.
Along with their project partners, AVC Audio Visual Consulting and Futureworks, Asnet were presented the award for their Ministry of Education Wellington Accommodation Project at the BeyondAMX16 Conference in the Gold Coast, Australia.
Utilising a plethora of AMX audio visual equipment, the team provided 2,000 Ministry of Education staff with updated, modern working environments and a complete overhaul of how the Ministry deployed, supported and maintained their ‘Meeting Room Technology’. This project comprised of two different locations, including 47 separate meeting room spaces across twelve floors. A large training and conference centre that can hold up to 360 people was also created with moveable walls, to make conversion possible of up to four smaller rooms, all independently or jointly controlled.
Touch panel meeting room booking facilities, completion of the entire project within six weeks, on-site training and ongoing support with remote management of the Ministry’s Resource Management Suite added to the strength and commitment of these service providers to present a very high quality and time critical solution.
Collaboration Exceeds Expectations
“Overall the customer is very happy as we collectively exceeded expectations. The project came in on budget, was installed in record time for its size and complexity, has been reliable from the outset and users find it easy and intuitive to use with little training and need for outside support,” comments Richard Bishop, Head of Sales for Asnet Technologies. “We are very proud to have received the AMX Best Project Award for this year.”
AVT, (formally AMX Australia and New Zealand) who presented the awards, were delighted with this year’s winning projects, which showcased ‘the innovation and technical excellence that goes into delivering the most exciting and challenging AV projects our industry has ever seen.’
